Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design management for electrical projects. You will mentor staff and allocate resources to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Lead engineering teams, develop work plans, and interact with Project Managers and owners to align on deliverables. Requires PE license, a bachelor’s in engineering, 8+ years’ experience, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Typically 8+ years engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (US-based).
• Field experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight for projects and manage design teams.
• Develop and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee engineers, designers, and modeling staff on projects.
• Communicate with Project Manager and Owner regarding effort and deliverables.
