Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage technical oversight and design teams on high-profile electrical projects across the United States. You will mentor staff, oversee budgets and schedules, and liaise with PMs or Owners to secure deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and a PE license. Field experience is highly valued, with opportunities for professional growth within a shareholder-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and PE license required/preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Field experience strongly recommended for this leadership role.
• Education and experience can be a combination of formal training and work exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for assigned projects.
• Develop design fee, oversee work plans and allocate resources.
• Lead engineers, designers and modeling staff; coordinate with PM/owner as needed.
• Mentor staff and manage project execution, scheduling and budgets.
• Perform value engineering and act as Engineer of Record where applicable.
• Coordinate with city/state officials and participate in design review meetings.
• Review and resolve complex design issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support project team with site visits and submittals as required.
