Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and design team management for engineering projects. The role involves financial and resource leadership, mentoring staff, and coordinating with project managers and regulatory agencies.

The candidate must have a PE license and at least 8 years of engineering experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort required for deliverables and project support.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Resolve complex design issues and coordinate with city, state, and regulatory officials.
• Attend project design meetings and perform site visits.
• Perform Value Engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record as needed.
