Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight and design leadership for assigned projects.
• Oversee design teams, allocate resources, and manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Owner for deliverables and client requirements.
• Conduct value engineering, site visits, and reviews with regulatory agencies.
