Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects. You will mentor staff, oversee resources and budgets, and interact with PMs to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role demands PE licensure, 8+ years of experience, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. Expect travel up to 25% and a focus on complex electrical systems across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.
• Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Communicate with PM or Executive regarding effort and deliverables.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the PM.
• Resolve complex engineering problems and coordinate with officials.
• Supervise project coordination with city, state, and county officials.
• Attend project design meetings and perform site visits.
