Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a skilled Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and design team management for assigned projects. This role combines leadership with hands-on engineering expertise on high-profile initiatives.

The position requires a PE license, a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction sciences, and 8+ years of engineering experience, with field exposure. Travel up to 25% is possible; equal opportunity employer and ESOP participation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in engineering or construction sciences.
• Typically requires 8+ years of Engineering experience.
• Licensure as a US-based Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.
• Education and experience can be combined.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Communicate effort for deliverables with PM/Owner.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with PM.
• Resolve complex design problems and coordinate with officials.
• Supervise project coordination with city, state and local agencies.
• Attend project design meetings with the Design Build Team.
• Perform site visits to review installation or conditions.
• Conduct Value Engineering studies.
• Act as Engineer of Record for projects within responsibility.
