Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a talented Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles in the A/E space in the United States. You will collaborate with HR, business units, and external partners to deliver high-quality candidates and staffing plans.

This role emphasizes strategic recruitment planning, candidate sourcing, and maintaining relationships with future opportunities, while staying abreast of market trends and ROI metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E industry.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing, direct candidate outreach and "cold calling".
• Strategic recruitment planning and talent mapping.
• Knowledge of current talent market trends and sourcing methods.
• Experience attending job fairs and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR representatives.
• Source, screen, interview, and may extend offers.
• Prioritize staffing with business units and develop tailored staffing plans.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to attract talent.
• Attend job fairs and industry networking events to cultivate candidate relationships.
• Occasional travel may be required.
