Job summary

SSOE in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles across the A/E space. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviews, and collaboration with HR, managers, and external partners.

You will build strategic pipelines, maintain candidate relationships, attend events, and may travel occasionally to support staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing and hiring in the A/E industry.
• Experience with passive sourcing, direct outreach and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR; identify strategic talent sources.
• Engage in sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews, and offers as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to prioritize staffing and build staffing plans.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to improve competitiveness.
• Identify new means for sourcing high-quality candidates and ROI tracking.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to cultivate candidate relationships.
• Occasional travel may be required.
