Job summary

SSOE is seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles in the A/E market. Based in the US with Midland, MI included, you will partner with HR, hiring managers, and vendors to build a robust talent pipeline.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment, leveraging innovative tools and Copilot training, to drive recruitment strategy, ROI, and candidate quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• 5+ years sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E industry.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing, direct outreach and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Develop a corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan and talent sources.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers for engineering roles.
• Collaborate with HR, business units and vendors to prioritize staffing and staffing plans.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E market to stay competitive in attracting talent.
• Track recruitment ROI and recommend improvements.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to cultivate relationships with potential candidates.
• Occasional travel may be required.
