Job summary

SSOE Group in the United States is hiring a full-cycle Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for technical and engineering roles in the A/E space. You will collaborate with HR representatives, business-unit leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to deliver high-quality recruiting support.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screenings, interviews, and offer extension, developing strategic sourcing plans, talent mapping, and attending job fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• 5+ years of sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E industry required.
• Understanding of passive candidate sourcing, direct outreach and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR reps.
• Source, screen, interview, and may extend offers to candidates.
• Prioritize staffing with business units and build hiring vendor relationships.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Attend job fairs and events to cultivate A/E talent; occasional travel.
