Job summary

SSOE is seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for technical and engineering roles in the A/E space. The role collaborates with HR, business units, and external partners to deliver high-quality candidates.

The position emphasizes strategic sourcing, campus recruiting, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and vendors. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of experience sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E industry.
• Strong ability in passive sourcing, direct outreach and strategic recruitment planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop a corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for candidates.
• Partner with HR and business units to prioritize staffing and staffing plans.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future roles.
• Attend job fairs and networking events to cultivate A/E talent.
