Job summary

SSOE Group recruits engineering talent for the A/E sector across the United States. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with HR representatives, hiring managers, and external recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates for technical roles.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, campus recruitment, talent mapping, and ROI tracking, with occasional travel and a strong emphasis on innovation, including training on Microsoft Copilot as a core tool.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sourcing and hiring in the A/E industry.
• Proven ability to implement passive candidate sourcing and direct outreach.
• Experience with strategic recruitment planning and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan in collaboration with HR and leaders.
• Source, screen, interview, and extend offers for engineering candidates.
• Prioritize staffing needs with HR and business units and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Attend industry events to cultivate new relationships in the A/E field.
• Travel as needed.
