Job summary

SSOE is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit technical and engineering talent in the A/E space across multiple U.S. locations. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, collaboration with HR, and partnering with hiring managers and external vendors.

All team members will be trained on Microsoft Copilot and encouraged to use it to improve everyday processes. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• 5+ years sourcing and hiring in the A/E industry.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing, outreach, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR reps.
• Source, screen, interview and extend offers as needed.
• Prioritize staffing with business units and advise hiring managers.
