SSOE is hiring an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for technical and engineering roles within the A/E space. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and collaboration with HR, leaders, and external partners.

You will support growth by delivering high-quality candidates, leveraging passive sourcing, and building a strong pipeline. Occasional travel may be required and the team embraces innovation in hiring processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E Industry.
• Understanding of passive candidate sourcing, direct outreach and market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR.
• Source, screen, interview, and may extend offers for candidates.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to prioritize staffing needs.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and recruiting vendors.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to stay competitive.
• Identify new sourcing methods for high-quality candidates.
• Track recruitment ROI and advise on future methods.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to cultivate relationships.
• Occasional travel may be required.
