The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates while collaborating with HR, business units, and recruiting partners to fill positions across multiple US locations.

The position emphasizes passive candidate sourcing, direct outreach, and strategic workforce planning to build a strong pipeline for current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• 5+ years of sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E industry required.
• Understanding of passive sourcing, direct outreach, and cold calling; strategic recruitment planning and talent market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop an overall corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR.
• Engage in sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews, and may extend offers.
• Prioritize staffing with HR and business units; build relationships with hiring managers and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to stay competitive.
• Identify new sourcing methods for high-quality candidates.
• Track ROI of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies.
• Attend job fairs and networking events to cultivate candidates.
• Occasional travel may be required.
