SSOE Group is seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top engineering and technical talent in the U.S. You will collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to deliver high-quality candidates for A/E projects.

The role requires hands-on recruiting, strategic planning, and relationship-building with hiring teams; occasional travel may be needed and the company emphasizes a strong employee experience and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of passive candidate sourcing, direct candidate outreach and cold calling, strategic recruitment planning, talent mapping and current talent market trends.

Responsabilités

• Develop overall corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan with HR representations.
• Identify strategic sources for talent including experienced candidates and campus recruits.
• Engage in sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews, and offer extension as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to prioritize staffing and develop staffing plans.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and recruiting vendors; provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to inform sourcing strategies.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to cultivate relationships with potential candidates.
• Travel may be required.
