Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles in the United States. You will partner with HR, business units, and external partners to source, assess, and hire top talent for A/E projects.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, candidate outreach, and relationship building with hiring managers, while staying current on market trends and industry sources. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates in the A/E Industry.
• Must have a demonstrated understanding of passive candidate sourcing, direct candidate out-reach and "cold calling".
• Experience with strategic recruitment planning, talent mapping and current talent market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall Corporate-wide strategic recruitment plan, in conjunction with HR Representatives.
• Identify strategic sources for talent including both experienced candidates and campus recruits.
• Engage in the recruitment process, including sourcing, recruitment, screenings, interviews, and may include offer extension.
• Recruit using conventional networking and tech-savvy methods to source candidates with critical skill sets.
• Prioritize staffing and develop strategy tailored to the specific need with HR Representatives and Business Units.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and recruiting vendors by analyzing hiring priorities and staffing plans.
• Provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates to improve the hiring process.
• Maintain relationships with high potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of the A/E marketplace to recommend strategies to attract talent.
• Identify new means for sourcing high quality candidates.
• Track effectiveness of recruitment efforts for ROI and suggest future methods.
• Attend job fairs and events to cultivate relationships with potential candidates.
• Occasional travel may be required.
