Job summary

ALTEN USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive business development and manage client relationships across engineering and IT services. You will execute the sales strategy, oversee contracts from prospecting to signature, and ensure profitability while growing the portfolio.

You will identify engineering profiles with the recruitment team, interview and onboard hires, and support consultants' career paths within the Group, fostering leadership potential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Engineering/IT services, Recruiting, or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy in the field.
• Manage the sale of technical service offerings from prospecting to contract signature.
• Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term partnerships.
• Be accountable for profitability and growth of the business portfolio.
• Identify engineering profiles with the recruitment team.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new hires.
• Support consultants in career development within the Group.
