Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy in the field.
• Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature.
• Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio.
• Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the recruitment team and onboard new hires.
