Job summary

ALTEN USA is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive business development and manage key client relationships across engineering sectors. You will close service-based and time-based contracts while optimizing profitability and leading client engagements with the support of a dedicated recruitment and technical team.

The role requires 4–6 years in Engineering/IT Services or Sales, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and a strong entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 4 to 6 years of successful experience in Engineering/IT Services, Recruiting, or Sales.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to grow into leadership positions.
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectors.
• Manage existing account relationships supporting active client projects.
• Close deals on service-based or time-based contracts and optimize profitability.
• Travel to customer sites to understand needs and coordinate with our technical team.
