Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of successful experience in Engineering/IT Services, Recruiting, or Sales.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with leadership potential.
• Strong relationship-building and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by prospecting engineering clients.
• Manage existing account relationships supporting active client projects.
• Drive profitability with mid-size accounts and close service-based or time-based contracts.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing strategy, and sales objectives with partners.
