With a minimum of 3+ years in engineering-related fields, you will identify top engineering profiles and guide consultants in career progression within the ALTEN Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
• Minimum 3+ years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions.
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Results‑oriented with a rigorous and structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy in the field.
• Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature.
• Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long‑term, profitable partnerships.
• Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio.
• Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Conduct interviews and ensure successful onboarding of new hires.
• Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group.
