The role blends sales and talent management, including identifying engineering profiles with our recruitment team, coordinating interviews, and supporting consultants in their career paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Engineering/IT Services, Recruiting, or Sales.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to grow into leadership positions.
• Natural leadership and ability to build strong relationships.
• Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy in the field.
• Manage the sale of technical service offerings from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature.
• Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term partnerships.
• Be accountable for profitability and growth of your business portfolio.
• Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Conduct interviews and ensure onboarding of new hires.
• Support consultants in career path development within the Group.
