Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in engineering to join our Queenstown office. You will manage the full lifecycle, sourcing engineers across mechanical, civil, electrical and chemical disciplines, and partner with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and culture.

Ideal candidates combine at least 3 years in engineering recruitment with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building a strong engineering

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with an engineering focus.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and technical skills.
• Proven ability to source candidates for technical and specialized roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to high-quality recruitment solutions.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards and networks.
