You will implement Lean principles, analyze workflows, and help optimize production scheduling, material handling, and daily operations. A strong knack for data-driven analysis and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial engineering focusing on operations efficiency and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
• Experience with process analysis, data collection, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or service operations principles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with on-site teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational processes and workflows to identify efficiency improvements.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Develop and optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and material handling systems.
• Conduct time studies, process mapping, and performance analysis to quantify improvements.
• Collaborate with shop floor personnel and management to implement changes and foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs related to operational efficiency and report progress.
