Placements24 is seeking a specialized Recruitment Consultant focused on the Engineering sector in Welkom. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration to connect top engineering talent with leading firms.

You will manage client relationships, source specialized candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process, contributing to the growth of the engineering talent landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, preferably with a specialization in engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Commitment to providing a positive candidate and client experience.

Responsabilités

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for engineering positions (mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical).
• Develop strong relationships with engineering clients, understanding technical requirements and culture.
• Conduct candidate assessments, technical screenings, and behavioral interviews.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to build talent pipelines.
• Stay informed about trends in the engineering job market.
