Placements24 is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to focus on Manufacturing and Operations sectors in a hybrid Queenstown-based role. You will source, screen, and place engineers, production managers, supply chain specialists and quality control experts.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, using job boards and networks, and delivering strong candidate experiences. Hybrid model and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with manufacturing, operations or industrial focus.
• Ability to source and screen for technical and operational roles.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain concepts.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and operations roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals within these sectors.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews, assessing technical qualifications and operational experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers in manufacturing and operations.
• Utilize industry job boards, professional networks, and databases to identify top talent.
• Provide market insights on compensation and talent availability within these fields.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment progress in the ATS.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.
