Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for Transmission Line work. You will lead engineering efforts across lifecycle from conceptual to closeout, collaborate with operations, procurement, and stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of high-voltage projects.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, multi-disciplinary leadership, and the ability to drive innovation while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management for high voltage projects.
• BS/MS in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering work across conceptual to closeout phases.
• Lead technical reviews and KPI development with suppliers.
• Develop engineering controls and QA standards.
• Ensure documentation meets company and customer requirements.
• Plan staffing and resource needs for project growth.
• Mentor and train engineering staff and lead training strategies.
• Contribute to client meetings, proposals, and project planning.
• Collaborate with Quanta Engineering and Construction OpU’s.
• Drive process innovation and apply new technologies.
• Promote safety, quality, and integrity in the department.
• Stay current with industry trends and standards.
