Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager - Transmission Line to lead high‑voltage transmission projects, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, field ops, procurement and clients across the project lifecycle, providing strong technical leadership and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• P.E. license preferred.
• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management for HV projects.
• Strong leadership and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operations leadership on technical goals.
• Act as technical lead through all project phases, including site visits.
• Manage external engineering service providers and KPIs with senior leadership.
• Develop engineering controls and quality assurance standards.
• Ensure documentation and standards meet company and customer needs.
• Plan staffing and resources to support project growth.
• Lead training strategy for engineering staff and mentorship.
• Support business development through client meetings and proposals.
• Drive innovation and apply best practices to project delivery.
• Promote safety, quality, and integrity within the engineering team.
