Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for Transmission Line to lead technical initiatives across the project lifecycle, from conception through closeout. The role collaborates with engineering and operations leadership to meet safety, quality, and performance standards in high voltage projects.

You will oversee engineering staff, coordinate with clients and partners, and help drive innovations in processes while ensuring adherence to industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the electric utility industry on high voltage projects.
• B.S. or graduate degree in Engineering from ABET accredited university.
• P.E. license is preferred.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on technical goals and oversee engineering work.
• Serve as technical lead through all project phases with client visits as needed.
• Manage engineering service providers and KPI reviews with senior leadership.
• Develop engineering controls and quality assurance standards.
• Ensure documentation and standards meet requirements.
• Manage staffing and resource planning to support growth.
• Lead training strategy for engineering staff.
• Support business development with client meetings and proposals.
• Drive innovation and efficiencies in processes.
• Promote safety, quality, integrity in the engineering department.
