Ralliant is seeking an Engineering Manager for Product Development & Realization in Plainville, CT. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver fully defined, manufacturable products, guiding design decisions, and ensuring readiness for production along the lifecycle.

You will set rigorous design quality standards, own engineering processes (NPI, VAVE, ECN), and drive metrics-driven execution with cross-functional partners to meet time-to-market goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 8+ years in manufacturing or product development.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional engineering teams (ME/EE).
• Experience with DFMEA, validation, and product realization processes.

Mansioni

• Lead execution from concept to production release and lifecycle support.
• Set design quality standards across multidisciplinary teams (ME/EE).
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
