Job summary

Ralliant Corporation seeks a New Product Development Project Manager to lead mid-scale development programs from proposal to launch. You will oversee IPT teams, budgets, IMS, and customer relationships, driving pricing analyses, contract negotiations and program reporting.

You will partner with PLM and Applications Engineering to explore new opportunities and ensure schedules and costs meet targets while maintaining sensitive information handling standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical and manufacturing environment in the aerospace/defense industry.
• DOD pricing and contract experience desired.
• 2+ years leading a development IPT or supervisory responsibility.
• Ability to work on site as needed with some remote options.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-scale product development programs from proposal through launch.
• Manage IPT teams, budgets, and integrated master schedules.
• Develop proposals, pricing analyses, and contracts negotiations.
• Present program status to leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with PLM and Applications Engineering to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
