Ralliant is seeking a Senior Project Design Engineer to lead complex product designs from concept handoff to production release. You will apply advanced DFx and manufacturing expertise to balance performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.

The role involves guiding engineering changes, configurations, and production improvements while contributing to design standards and practices with senior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent education may be considered.
• 7+ years in mechanical/electromechanical design and product realization in manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency with SolidWorks including complex assemblies and tolerancing.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex product design from concept through production release with robust, manufacturable solutions.
• Apply DFx and manufacturing knowledge to balance performance, reliability, cost, and lifecycle.
• Direct engineering changes, configurations, and production improvements; guide reviews and risk assessment.
• Develop design standards and practices in partnership with Management and Systems.
