Job summary

Ralliant Corporation in California seeks a New Product Development Manager to lead mid-scale programs from proposal through launch, ensuring performance, cost and schedule targets are met. You will oversee IPT teams, manage budgets, IMS, and customer relationships, while aligning with PLM and Applications Engineering.

Responsibilities include proposal development, pricing analysis, contract negotiations, and presenting program status to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical and manufacturing environment in aerospace/defense.
• 2+ years of leading a development IPT or supervisory responsibility.
• DOD pricing and contract experience desired.
• Ability to work on site as needed with some remote options.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and identify best options to meet performance and cost targets.
• Lead IPT teams for medium sized development programs from proposal through launch.
• Budget responsibility and meeting Product Cost Targets with PLM input.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare and present program reviews and support proposals to management and customers.
