Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a New Product Development Manager to lead cross-functional operations on NPD programs from concept to ramp. You will drive manufacturing strategy, readiness, and risk mitigation while coordinating with engineering and materials teams to control costs.

You will influence decisions in ambiguous environments, manage global teams, and champion process improvements to accelerate product commercialization and maximize gross margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• 3+ years leading complex cross-functional programs or project management on complex products.
• Demonstrated success launching technically complex products into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional operations teams on NPD programs across the organization.
• Represent Operations on NPD core teams and communicate strategies to management.
• Coordinate program manufacturing, test, and materials plans, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Develop and track product cost estimates with engineering and materials teams.
• Ensure tooling and equipment capacity supports ramp and steady state production.
• Guide global teams through ambiguity and shifting priorities and drive operational excellence.
