Actalent, Englewood, CO, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex engineering and manufacturing initiatives from concept through validation, launch and installation. You will oversee R&D and NPD, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers, applying CAD/CAM, FMEA, DFMA, and GD&T.

Competenze

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of engineering project management experience, including 2+ years in R&D.
Experience with NPD/NPI from concept to launch.
Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget in complex environments.
Familiar with CAD/CAM tools and manufacturing processes.
FMEA/DFMA/GD&T and ISO 9001 quality standards knowledge.
Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office; Project tracking in MS Project/SharePoint.

Mansioni

Lead engineering project management activities including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage R&D projects from concept through testing, validation, and launch.
Drive NPD/NPI processes from design to manufacturing readiness and installation.
Oversee project tracking and reporting using MS Project and ERP systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers.
Apply advanced manufacturing principles to support high-volume, regulated environments.
Utilize tools like FMEA, DFMA, GD&T, and CAD/CAM for design and manufacturability.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards; plan validation and testing.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain project timelines.
Coordinate global project activities and travel ~15% to support installations.
