Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in product development.
Multidisciplinary experience with electromechanical products is required.
Proven progression from individual contributor to people or technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead product development from ideation through concept design freeze and handoff to realization.
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team with strong problem-solving and decision-making.
Support technology roadmaps and identify portfolio gaps to close them via development, sourcing, or partnerships.
Partner with Product Management to align market needs with technical readiness and scalable engineering solutions.
Drive disciplined product development using standard work, tools, and methods.
