Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a New Product Development Manager to lead mid-scale programs from proposal through launch, ensuring performance, cost, and schedule targets are met. You will manage IPT teams, program budgets, and customer relationships while partnering with PLM and Applications Engineering to grow the business.

You will drive strategic initiatives, develop pricing strategies, and present program status to leaders and customers, with opportunities across multiple sites (CA and AZ).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical and manufacturing environment in the aerospace/defense industry.
• DOD pricing and contract experience desired.
• 2+ years of leading a development IPT or supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to work on site as needed with some remote options.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite to perform daily job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and identify the best product options and offerings to meet performance and cost targets.
• Leads IPT team for medium sized development programs from proposal through successful product launch and first production delivery.
• Budget responsibility for assigned programs, including meeting Product Cost Targets.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships and ensures the customer's contractual requirements are fulfilled.
• Reviews customer requests for quote and makes bid/no bid recommendations for opportunities involving product development.
