Job summary

DoorDash USA is seeking an Engineering Manager to set the technical direction for Security Product Engineering and to drive proactive security across our global products. You will lead teams focused on Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Management, and security controls integrated into Customer, Merchant and Dasher experiences.

You will coach engineers, partner with cross-functional teams, and push secure-by-design practices while aligning with DoorDash business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer at an Internet-scale organization.
• 3+ years of technical leadership leading global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design security controls and processes.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Security Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the technical vision for Security Product Engineering Pods, Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Management.
• Lead roadmap execution for security product engineering and vulnerability programs.
• Coach engineers and lead proactive security controls across DoorDash products.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Data teams to enable secure-by-design practices.
• Build high-operational-security services and drive confidentiality, integrity and availability.
