Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager, Proactive Security to set and lead the technical direction for Security Product Engineering globally. This US remote role reports to the Director of Security Engineering and focuses on proactive security controls across customers, merchants, and dashers.

You will lead teams responsible for Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Management, and secure-by-design product security initiatives, mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional partners to

Qualifications

• 12+ years in security product engineering at Internet-scale organizations.
• 3+ years of technical leadership leading global security teams.
• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with AI security and secure-by-design practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the technical direction for Security Product Engineering Pods, Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Management.
• Lead the overall Security Product Engineering, Bug Bounty and Mythos era Vulnerability Management roadmap.
• Coach and mentor engineers, focusing on proactive security controls.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Security Platform, Data teams to embed secure-by-design practices.
