DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager, Proactive Security to lead Security Product Engineering across Pods globally. You will set technical direction, align with business goals, and drive secure-by-design practices in our customer, merchant, and dasher products.

In this leadership role, you’ll mentor engineers, own the vulnerability management roadmap, and partner with Legal, Data, and Product teams to strengthen our defenses while maintaining a fast, scalable delivery network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years as a Security Product Engineer at an Internet-scale org.
• 3+ years of technical leadership leading global teams.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Account Security, Product Security Engineering, AI Security.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the technical vision for Security Product Engineering Pods, Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Management.
• Lead roadmap execution for Security Product Engineering, Bug Bounty and Mythos era Vulnerability Management.
• Coach engineers as a player-coach to build proactive security controls and reduce vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Data and other teams to enable secure-by-design practices.
