The Recruiting Hive in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking an Engineering Manager to partner with the Director of Engineering to define and execute departmental strategies. You will direct engineering resources, coordinate activities, and ensure on-time processing of Engineered-to-Order orders while maintaining cost-effective, high-quality products.

Promotion to Director within 6–9 months is anticipated. The package includes $150,000–$200,000 salary plus 10% STI and stock options, relocation support,

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.
• Io years of manufacturing experience in heat exchangers or HVAC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancement and testing per market needs.
• Dispositions RMAs promptly.
• Lead continuous process improvements and mentor staff.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality compliance.
