Talent Solutions Partners in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking an Engineering Manager to work closely with the Director of Engineering to define and implement departmental strategies. You will direct engineering resources to ensure on-time processing of Engineered-to-Order orders, maintain and enhance products, and apply ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code.

The role offers a strong promotion path toward Director of Engineering within 6–9 months, and a salary range of $150,000–$200,000 plus STI

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience involving design of heat exchangers/HVAC components.
• Three years of managerial experience; Virginia PE is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancements and testing per market needs.
• Disposition RMAs promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with QA and Shop Floor for timely support.
• Develop BOM strategy in line with strategic objectives.
• Manage welding/brazing procedures and approvals.
