Qualifications

• Three years of managerial experience; Virginia PE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct engineering resources and coordinate activities to achieve efficiency and quality goals.
• Lead day-to-day engineering operations for on-time processing of ETO sales orders.
• Maintain ISO/quality standards and collaborate with Director of Engineering on policy changes.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous process improvements.
• Review and approve engineering documents and manage third-party listings.
