Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience in heat exchangers or HVAC components.
• Managerial experience is preferred; Virginia PE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct engineering resources to meet on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancements, and testing.
• Coordinate with QA and shop floor to support operations.
• Develop BOM strategies aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead welding/brazing activities and ensure certifications.
