Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, Virginia to lead engineering resources and coordinate activities for on-time Engineered-to-Order (ETO) orders. You will oversee product maintenance, enhancements, and ensure compliance with ASME codes while working closely with the Director of Engineering.

The role offers a promotion path to Director of Engineering within 6–9 months, with a competitive package including salary, STI, and potential stock options.

Competenze

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ years managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.
Experience with design of heat exchangers or HVAC components preferred.
Strong knowledge of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code.

Direct engineering resources to meet on-time delivery KPIs.
Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
Oversee product maintenance, enhancements, and testing.
Review engineering documents and approve changes.
Ensure ISO and quality program adherence.
