Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Lynchburg, VA is seeking an Engineering Manager to define and implement departmental strategies, directing engineering resources to deliver high-quality products on time.

The role acts as Chief Engineer while guiding ETO processing, product maintenance, and compliance with ASME codes. The position offers a pathway to Director of Engineering within 6–9 months and includes a relocation package, STI potential, and stock-based incentives.

Competenze

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience.
• Experience with heat exchangers and HVAC components is preferred.
• Virginia PE registration desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage engineering workflow to ensure on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Disposition RMAs in a timely manner.
• Coordinate resources to support QA and Shop Floor on demand.
• Develop and implement BOM strategies for products.
• Oversee welding/brazing procedures, approvals, and certifications.
• Review and approve engineering documents.
• Maintain third-party listings (e.g., AHRI).
• Pursue new technology and continuous education for process improvement.
