KingRecruitingServices is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, Virginia. The role partners with the Director of Engineering to shape department strategies, directing resources and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality product delivery for ETO orders.

Promotion to Director of Engineering within 6–9 months is possible. Relocation package is offered. The position carries a strong compliance focus and opportunities for technical leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience involving heat exchangers and/or HVAC systems.
• Three years managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct engineering resources and coordinate activities to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Review engineering documents and approve changes.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality programs adherence.
• Mentor staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
