Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10 years manufacturing experience involving design and development of heat exchangers and/or related HVAC systems and components
• Three (3) years managerial experience; Virginia PE registration desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems
• Maintain responsibility for existing product maintenance, enhancement and testing
• Dispositon of RMAs in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate resources to provide timely support to QA and the Shop Floor on demand
