ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, VA to lead the engineering team and coordinate resources for on-time delivery of engineered-to-order products. You will oversee design, maintenance and testing, and ensure compliance with ASME codes while guiding continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering, with a promotion path to Director within 6–9 months and a salary of $150,000–$200,000 plus STI and stock options.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience designing heat exchangers or HVAC components.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.
• Expert knowledge of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (Sections III, VIII).

Responsabilités

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee existing product maintenance, enhancement and testing per market demands.
• Review and approve engineering documents; ensure third-party listings are current.
